Adrian Mutu nu vrea sa achite pensia alimentara de 140.000 de euro?

Adrian Mutu a divortat de Alexandra Dinu in urma cu mai bine de 13 ani, insa nu si-a respectat, se pare, angajamentul de a plati pensia alimentara decisa atunci.

Au trecut multi ani, s-a aduna restanta de 140.000 de euro, insa, chiar si dupa ce a fost dat in judecata de Alexandra, fotbalistul nu se arata deschis sa ii ofere fiului sau suportul financiar datorat.

Conform Click, el le cere acum judecatorilor sa ii anuleze executarea silita la care s-a ajuns.

Fotbalistul nu a mai platit pensia alimentara din 2014 incoace, acumuland astfel datoria de 140.000 de euro. Mario, baiatul sau, are 15 ani, si mai are nevoie de suportul financiar al acestuia inca trei ani.

In 2016, Alexandra Mutu l-a chemat in instanta, iar magistratii i-au dat castig de cauza, fiind de acord cu executarea silita a lui Adrian Mutu. Chiar si asa, situatia nu s-a rezolvat. Mai mult, Adrian Mutu a deschis el proces la aceeasi judecatorie, prin care le cere magistratilor sa conteste executarea silita.

Adrian Mutu mai trei copii, doua fete cu cea de-a doua sotie, Consuelo, si un baiat cu actuala sotie, Sandra.

Mario traieste inca din primii ani de viata alaturi de mama lui.
